Returns

If you make a purchase and upon receipt of the goods, you've just changed your mind, you can have a replacement or a full refund. Simply return the goods, unused, in the original packaging and conditions, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Under these circumstances you will still be liable for any postage charges. If the item was dispatched post free as part of an order over £35, we retain the normal postage charge.

Faulty or Damaged Goods - If you receive goods which are of an unsatisfactory quality, you may return the goods (with the original packaging in the case of damaged goods), within 14 days, and we will give a full refund of both the cost of the goods plus standard Royal Mail postal charges.
